What CRMs do you work with?

Primarily Attio, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM. If you're using something else, we can discuss whether it's a fit during an intro call.

What's the difference between CRM consulting and RevOps consulting?

CRM consulting typically ends at tool configuration. RevOps consulting connects your CRM to the full revenue engine — data flows, automations, team workflows, and cross-functional alignment. I do both, but the biggest impact comes from treating your CRM as part of a system, not a standalone tool.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is scoped to your situation. After an intro call I share a clear proposal based on your team size, systems, and complexity — no lock-in.

Do you work with teams outside Europe?

Yes. Most of my work is remote and async-friendly. Time zone overlap for calls is the only practical constraint — we'll figure it out.

Do I need a dedicated RevOps hire before engaging?

No. Many clients start without one — that's often exactly why they need outside help. I can operate as a fractional RevOps partner until the function is mature enough to hire for. The systems and documentation I leave behind make that hire easier when the time comes.

Can you work alongside our existing sales ops or RevOps team?

Absolutely. I often embed alongside in-house teams — especially when they have strong process knowledge but need help with automation architecture, AI workflows, or integration design. The goal is to leave your team more capable, not more dependent.
